Shipping policy
Processing Time
Each order is fulfilled with precision and care. While made-to-order and custom pieces are crafted individually and require additional time before dispatch, certain ready-to-ship styles may also allow up to two weeks for final finishing and quality inspection as production is completed.
Estimated production or preorder windows (for example, “Ships in 4–6 weeks”) are always noted on the individual product page. Once your piece is complete and ready to leave the studio, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Preorders & Made-to-Order Pieces
Many Parker Zinn garments are produced on a made-to-order or preorder basis to minimize waste and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship. Estimated lead times are provided on each product page and begin once your order is confirmed. These timelines are estimates and may vary slightly based on production schedules or material availability.
Please note: Made-to-order and preorder pieces are final sale and cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Orders are shipped from New York City via trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for lost packages or delivery delays resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
International Shipping (Select Countries)
We currently ship to a limited selection of international destinations. Available countries will appear at checkout.
If you are located outside of our current shipping regions and wish to place an order, please email parker@parkerzinn.com — we may be able to accommodate your request.
International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing. Buyers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, taxes, and brokerage fees that may be assessed by their local customs office. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international carrier transit times.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.
If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

Partial Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, it may ship in more than one package depending on production timelines and stock availability. You’ll receive separate tracking updates for each shipment if applicable.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you receive an item that was damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at parker@parkerzinn.com
with photos so we can evaluate and make it right.
We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received.
